Casting & Splinting Demo
There's nothing like having teachers who throw out coban wrap like we're at a sports game.. then getting a demo of how to cast and splint. Can't wait for the workshop!
Basic Nutrition Group Project
Brandy, Randi, Manu, Jasmine, Karly and Britany had the opportunity to teach K1 students at Decker Elementary about the importance of basic nutrition and physical activity. It was SO much fun! The kids were so smart, willing to participate, and very cute! When asked what a 'PA' was, we got 'a teacher' and 'a police officer' which were both very entertaining guesses! We got to teach about the food pyramid, play a charades game to emphasize physical activity, and share a healthy snack of apples and raisins. We all had a blast!
